The Y is committed to empowering kids to lead healthy, active lifestyles. From gaining confidence to fostering positive relationships, these fun experiences will have children wanting to come back, program after program, year after year.

The YMCA of Reading & Berks County is partnering with Berks County Parks & Recreation to host the Y’s annual Healthy Kids Day with other community vendors, encouraging families to take a moment to help kids be kids and set them up for a summer of success. This FREE event will feature activities such as a Kids Color Run, games, demonstrations, arts and crafts, and more to motivate and teach families how to develop and maintain healthy routines.
