Daily Challenges
Monday: Treadmill Challenge
Incline/Speed/Minutes: Start with 6/1.5/45, work your way up to 12/3/30
Tuesday: Plank or Hover Plank
- Hold 30 for seconds
- Hold right for 30 seconds
- Hold left for 30 seconds
Wednesday: Cardio Challenge
Use any piece of cardio equipment with the silver heart rate handles to reach your target heart rate range. Try to stay in that range for 15-30 minutes.
Thursday: Strength Challenge
Go through an entire round of strength exercises using the pinned or plated equipment. if you are unfamiliar with the equipment, ask about a fitness orientation.
Friday: Get balanced for the weekend. Go through a series of yoga poses three times each

All five of our Ys have new top-of-the-line Precor fitness equipment for the ultimate cardio and strength-training experience. Connect your devices to the cardio consoles to track your progress, set new goals, and stay motivated with your movies or music.
